Our evidence-based 8-week course is based on the renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, taught in leading institutions worldwide.
The course is systematic training in mindfulness meditation and mindful movement, it is based on a cumulation of thousands of hours of clinical practice, research and personal experience. The primary intention is to provide a structured pathway to develop more freedom from suffering, stress and to enhance the wellbeing of the participants. No previous meditation experience is necessary, all people are welcome.
All courses include 8 x 2 hour sessions, plus a retreat day (regularly held on the weekend), intimate group tuition, printed workbooks, and MP3s for home practice.
